Attended blood draw lab services in a rural hospital a few weeks ago. Staff were kind and communicative at the hospital entrance/reception and also at the lab. At the lab itself, service is generally quite prompt, even with no appointment. (drop in is available). However, there is limited instruction or welcoming signage at the lab site itself/ (note there is no reception staff for the lab). This type of information and communication would make the hallway wait room more welcoming and also clarify expectations about wait-time.
