"Poor Care"

I was scheduled to see a nurse practitioner for a meet and greet initial appointment. After arriving for my appointment, the nurse practitioner failed to show up to work that day and I had to be rescheduled. My appointment then was canceled and rescheduled 3 more times because the nurse practitioner called in sick. Once I finally got to see the nurse practitioner, my referral was not done as indicated. When I followed up, I was told the nurse practitioner changed clinics and was given the new phone number to call. The nurse practitioner did not inform me that they were moving clinics. When I called the new clinic to make a follow up appointment, the nurse practitioner refused to see me and said I was not a patient and needed to go back to the previous clinic. Unfortunately, the other care provider there was unable to see me because the patient load was already full. Now I am left with no one to take care of me!!
