Huge shout out to all the members of the Calgary Foothills PCN Extended Health Team who were involved through my journey with chronic pain management.  Every member of the team was outstanding in terms of professionalism, communication and expertise within their scope of practice.  This team has my highest recommendation to others wishing to take "next steps" with their chronic pain management!
