Just notice how busy the poor girls are at the front desk. There are usually only 2, sometimes only 1 and the phones ring off the hook. Have been there a couple times when it sounds like they are being yelled at over the phone and they stay calm, but when they are so busy, not sure how they handle it. I would lose my mind. 

It’s hard to get through when I call. I feel this could be due to not having enough staff.

The girls are always nice and attentive when people come in, but you can always see that they are so busy.
