"The Doctor Left My Appointment"

(as the patient),

I saw a different doctor in lieu of my regular doctor. We are not accustomed to wait but on that day I waited 45 min in the small exam room. Things happen, understandable.

The new doctor arrived and appeared to me to be scattered and mentioned they may have to leave the appointment as needed. Huh?

We were only a few minutes in when the doctor jumped up, left the room, "be right back" I waited another 10 min. Really?

I felt my concerns are not important.

I feel time management could be improved.
