(as a service user),

I was referred to a specialist by my family doctor. Having recently moved to a new location, all my medical providers were new to me.  I was being seen for a condition for which older medical history may have been relevant. I was very pleased that the specialist Dr Siddiqui. He was able to access test results from many years ago in my digital file, and especially that he made the time to explore my medical history (some of which I had forgotten!). He subsequently ordered additional tests to update my current situation.
