"Great to have Options when Booking Lab Appointments"

(as the patient),

I am so impressed at the system for booking appointments at Alberta Precision Labs. I went on to book and appointment and was given the option of booking a specific time or booking a 'virtual' wait in line option.. or similar words. I live a few minutes from the lab, so I booked a 'virtual wait in line' and went immediately to the lab and was in and out before the appointed time for my 'virtual wait in line' time. I acknowledge it was not a busy day, but the options and timeliness of the appointment was very impressive.  When living in Calgary I once had to drive to Banff to get a blood test in a timely fashion. I appreciate very much my experience today!
