(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was having trouble breathing due to seasonal allergies (as we found out).  I knew it wasn't bad enough to take her to emergency but I also wanted her to see some relief and get an answer to what this was.  I was able to see a doctor in the network within a couple of hours.  Amazing.
