"Felt Supported During Heart Attack Recovery"

(as the patient),

I suffered a heart attack.  While that part was not particularly fun, the follow up experiences with Dr. Yee and Noorani were remarkable.  I'd like to focus on Noorani.  She provided regular pharmaceutical expertise educating me and coaching me through how to effectively approach the post heart attack world.  Her knowledge was remarkably extensive.  Her approach was professional, thorough and very patient. I can ask a lot of questions (many repeats until I understand) and Noorani always provided thoughtful, detailed and conscientious answers.  I really appreciated her approach and looked forward to our appointments of call, as I always learned something that helped me make better choices.  It's people like Noorani that make recovery more successful and hopeful.  Thank you!

Wanted to let you know how impactful it was for Noorani (pharmacist) to receive your feedback. One of the most rewarding things to a health care provider, is to know they helped a patient. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Oh wow! I'm actually speechless.

I know my pharmacist colleagues would all have provided the same care. It's interesting though, as pharmacists (and other HCPs) we all know this care we provide is 'part of our job' and although we all receive the thanks every day from patients' wow, it's great when someone shares their personal story to a wider audience.
