A patient was receiving very personal care without what I felt, was regard for privacy and dignity. Draw the curtains! I believe, no one should able to observe a patient receive such personal care just walking by. I'm not going to include any details about the where and when other than to say it was in the hospital and not in the emergency department. This should be a reminder to all units.
