"Onboarding Appointment"

This week, I had my onboarding appointment at the Bashaw Medical Clinic. Everything from booking with Susie at reception to the appointment with LPN Lenee was absolutely wonderful. The team was friendly and helpful and genuinely cared about capturing my family's medical history as I was onboarded to the clinic. I had some questions for the LPN and she was able to answer many of them during the appointment. There was even a question that she took away to do some more research on and then I received a call back later that day. It was amazing! Care is being delivered in a way I have never experienced before! Thank you!!
