Today I saw Sandy, social worker, who was very helpful in filling out paperwork as I was very stressed about doing it on my own. 

I have been attending the McLeod River PCN for over 10 years and they have been wonderful and helped with my diabetes and following a brain injury. They are helping me to get social assistance while waiting for my disability to come through. 

They are wonderful people and a great help.

Very happy to hear that you received the help you needed! In rural Alberta, it can be hard for patients to get the support they need. I am glad that we help to make complicated processes more manageable for the residents of the communities we serve.
