About: McLeod River PCN- Whitecourt

(as a service user),

I had numerous health issues including diabetes, I was put on the program to have my feet and toe nails done, Dallas was the one looking after me, I have a phobia about my feet being touched and she was able to get me over that.  She then went to work with Dr. Halladay and has helped me with medical forms needed for my disability forms.
