"Exercise Program Delivered through MacLeod River PCN for Recovering Cancer Patients."

My husband and I are very thankful for this program and the fact it is accessed through Zoom. We never worry about travelling on country roads to attend in Whitecourt because we exercise right in front of our TV at home.

Great benefit! Also we really appreciate the Kinesiologist, Meeka who delivers the program. She puts her all into every session. We appreciate how she offers several configurations for each exercise to be appropriate for all strength/age levels. We are both feeling better already due to Meeka’s program.

We only wish more people could take advantage of such a great service. Perhaps the criteria for those allowed to attend could be widened so Meeka’s great effort could be greater utilized..
