"Dr. Vernon Fanning Centre Concerns"

About: Carewest Dr. Vernon Fanning Centre

(as a service user),

There appeared to be a cockroach on the floor of the main building entrance. Also the fridge on the 2 nd floor where we got bread had what looked like black mold in the door creases I told nurses at the desk they said they would let the charge nurse know, I have no idea if they did or not . Beds seemed to have  old controllers , food was bland , beige, and lacking in healthy components, main floor had restaurant till 3 pm, but it seemed to be mostly sugary food. Physiotherapy was not available to me for 3 weeks because they said I didn’t qualify . It seemed no one changed the order so I was without physical therapy for 3 weeks and I felt that was wasted time.
