"Care Providers Following Up on Test Results Quickly"

(as the patient),

Yesterday afternoon I had a Bursal aspiration at Beam Radiology.  Last night I received a phone call from Dr. Pagan, the on-call doctor for CFPCN, which went to voicemail because I missed the call.  They were concerned about some of the lab test results, and wanted me to be sure to see my family doctor asap.  Then this morning I received a call from Lily, the Receptionist at CFPCN, to make sure I had received Dr Pagan's message.  I was in my doctor's office 30 minutes later. 

I want to commend both Dr. Pagan and Lily for this outstanding service - truly a step beyond.  Thank you for your care and concern.

Thank you very much for taking time to share your positive experience and your gratitude with our CFPCN Access 365 Clinic physician and staff member.

We are so pleased that you appreciated Dr. Pagan's timely phone call/voicemail to share results for your recent procedure, and that Lily, the Medical Office Assistant, was able to follow up to ensure the message was received, and you were able to get in to see your family doctor for timely follow up.

It is very rewarding for physicians and PCN staff when they are able to collaboratively work together as a broader team with our health system partners, to coordinate and ensure continuity for your care.

I will pass along your message to Dr. Pagan, Lily, and Program Manager for the Access 365 Clinic and Program Manager for our Administrative team.
