I called my doctor this morning, and they put in a referral to this clinic. Within 10 minutes, I got a call, and 30 minutes later, I had an appointment. Talk about quick service! The NP I saw, Victoria, was amazing. She took the time to assess me thoroughly and even reviewed my recent X-ray. I truly felt that she cared about helping me. I now have a referral that I believe will address my issue, along with medication to help manage my pain in the meantime. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The clinic is beautiful, and the front staff were lovely. Thank you for turning a not-so-nice situation into something that felt okay and for making me feel seen and heard.

Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to share your experience with our PCN Access 365 Clinic, and with Victoria, our Nurse Practitioner.

We are very pleased that you could access our clinic so quickly for your low back issue, and to hear that Victoria, was so attentive, caring, thorough, and was able to connect you with a referral for continued follow up care. We understand how difficult it must have been for you to come in for an appointment when you were in so much pain. It is so rewarding for a provider to know that they made you feel validated and helped to support you with the right care you needed at the right time. It is also very meaningful for the front staff to know that they also contributed to your overall positive experience at the clinic.

I will pass along your kind words to Victoria and the reception staff, as well as to their respective program managers.
