Excellent Treatment

I have been a patient at Crowfoot Primary Healthcare Center for over a decade. A few years ago, I had low iron levels. Dr. Utigard referred me to a specialist ASAP. Very shortly after I was booked for a bone biopsy. Within a week I got my results saying I had multiple myeloma.  I quickly was referred to and seen by an Oncologist Dr. McCulloch. I had all the tests done within a month. (Mris, nuclear test etc). All my Doctor's. My GP Dr. Utigaurd,  Oncologist  Dr. McCulloch,  my Cardiologist Dr. Howlett, my respiratory specialist all started my treatment. I am feeling much better now. I am really grateful to all of them.  My treatment didn't start with the Doctor's only, it started from all staff from the receptionist to nurses to technician and the whole health care network 

I can truely say from the bottom of my heart that I received and am still receiving  excellent treatment.

As a long-standing patient of our clinic, we are very pleased to know that you felt you received excellent care from Dr. Utigard, and that the timely referral he made to a specialist resulted in a timely diagnosis and treatment for your myeloma. It is a pleasure to hear that you also received such excellent care from the broader healthcare team of many specialists, nurses, and support staff during your entire healthcare journey. This is an example of excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination to achieve continuity of care for patients accessing different parts of the healthcare system. We are truly happy to hear that you are feeling better now, after going through such a difficult and serious health issue.
