"Reluctant to Book Appointments with Front Staff"

(as a parent/guardian),

My son's are young adults. They have been with Dr. Greyvenstein since they were born.  They now book their own appointments etc. as all young men do.  However, they are becoming more and more reluctant to book appointments as it seems the front end staff are being rude, miserable, condescending and difficult to deal with.  I feel they shouldn't be treated like this just because they are young.  They shouldn't put off their health because the don't want to endure dealing with the reception staff. 

Dr. Greyvenstein is a wonderful doctor and they don't want to give him up.
