"Only Complaint With My Clinic is the Footwear Removal"

I have been a patient at Circle Medical for the past 10+ years.  Our family doctor is Dr. C.  I can't say enough good things about them!  They are kind, insightful, professional, honest, and real. I feel completely comfortable with them and would love to one day, just hang out, chat and have a cup of tea.  They are a very important member of my families care team, in fact, the most important. 

At Circle Medical the staff has changed quite a bit over the years, but for the most part, they have been wonderful.  My only real complaint with the clinic, is that they have patients remove their shoes.  Every time I'm there, I cringe in horror as I see new moms in their sock feet, walking through the clinic. I think of them going home, removing their shoes and walking across their floor, then puting their baby down to crawl across the floor. The germs, diseases and pathogens being spread makes me shiver. My babies are grown and I still can't stand it. I've brought it up with staff and they all agree that it's horrible. I really hope this changes.  (I bring indoor shoes or wear plastic booties over my shoes.)
