It was a very stressful time and not used to being in the city added to it. Reception was very unorganized. Sent me to a different part of the building, which was incorrect, and I had to come back. Then someone actually read what was on my paperwork and took care of me from there.
Once I was behind the front desk and in the room with the people who do the ultrasounds it was amazing! So kind, soft spoken, willing to listen to me as well as talk to me and not at me. I feel they went above and beyond to make me comfortable and relaxed during my experience. This was in downtown edmonton. There are some really great people in the medical field, just need to clean up the front yard abit to remove the anxiety of being in a strange building and that type of atmosphere.
