"Excellent Ear Flushing"

Today I went in to have my ears flushed by a lady (whose name I forget as I am elderly with memory issues) who did an excellent job. I have seen her before for my ear flushing and she always does a great job. She takes the time to adjust the water temperature to my preference and she doesn't rush. She takes her time and makes sure she cleans out my ears properly. She is very nice and accommodating. I am currently in my golden years, which I don't feel are very gold, but I appreciate when I get to talk to nice people like this lady.
