Life is full of surprises and disappointments and it’s our attitude that keeps us forging ahead on life’s path.  Attitude can be influenced by negative and positive experiences along our journey. It’s so important that the people who are in care related industries meet their clients with a warm welcome and an open door.  This is exactly what my spouse and I experienced at the Mint Memory Clinic. A warm hello from reception followed by friendly professional guidance and conversation from the health team that met with us.  We were both very impressed with the care and concern!!! Great care doesn’t just happen. It is planned and executed with precision and passion.  We are fortunate to say we were the recipients of this on our visit. Thank you to our wonderful team!!!!

Your thoughtful and reflective words about how attitude impacts all of us, are very true, inspiring to read, and help us to remember how our words and actions can leave an impression on both our hearts and in our minds.

Navigating memory care can be difficult and we are so grateful that our service has provided a supportive and positive experience along your journey. We understand how stressful healthcare appointments can be, especially when entering a new program, and we are so pleased to know that you felt a genuine warm and welcoming environment, in addition to receiving excellent care.

Our entire team from reception to the health team, take great pride in providing a compassionate and supportive setting for the comprehensive care we aim to provide, and our staff find it so rewarding to know when they have made a positive impact for a patient and their family.
