"Very Grateful for Time 2 Talk Service!"

About: South Calgary PCN Wellness Centre / Time 2 Talk-Mental Health Program

(as a service user),

I really appreciate having access to counselling that is free and covered through the Primary Care Network. It made a big difference for me to have someone I could talk to privately and safely during a very difficult time.

Sometimes, I feel it can be hard to speak openly with family or people close to you, so having professional support available without worrying about cost was extremely valuable. I felt listened to, supported, and not judged.

I'm very grateful that this kind of mental health support is available in the community.
