"Getting Help for My Struggles at PCN"

About: South Calgary PCN Wellness Centre / Nutrition Services South Calgary PCN Wellness Centre / Social Work South Calgary PCN Wellness Centre / Time 2 Talk-Mental Health Program

(as a service user),

I had a heart attack summer of 2025, congestive heart failure in the fall, then again in winter 2025. Was diagnosed with bradycardia in the spring of 2026 then received a pace maker March 2026. There have been many health issues the last 4 years, most of it has been in the recent months. I've struggled with dealing with emotions, having to drastically change my eating habits, trying to exercise so I will stay alive a long time, and not understanding why I cant walk more than 5 min at a time.  It has been very difficult. Today I started getting help to help me be able to deal with it all. I am very excited based on my intake today, I am confident things will start to improve. Thank you
