Im always impressed with the amazing service I get throughout the Foothills Primary Care Network. From the moment I walk in theres a sense of safety and calming knowing that my voice is heard, my feelings and concerns are valid. From the receptionists, nurses (Brenda), nurse practitioners (Tammy) and people behind the scenes (Mohua and Lisa) they create a healing welcome environment. Im always in great care and know when I need a referral to a specialist it will be done. Thank u for ur amazing care.

It is so important for us to feel safe and trust within the healthcare settings where we receive care. We are so pleased to know that our clinic provides a welcoming, calm, and healing environment, and that our entire team makes you feel heard, validates your feelings, acknowledges your concerns, and connects you to other supports such as specialist care.

I will pass along your gratitude to our receptionists, Mohua and Lisa, Brenda, and Tammy. I know they will be so pleased to receive your feedback and to know that they are making a difference with the care they provide. I will also pass your message along to the program manager for the clinic, and our leadership team so our staff can be recognized.
