"Obesity Changes with Lifestyle and Movement"

(as the patient),

I have been on a weight loss journey for years.  I managed to get rid of 100 lbs then came to a standstill.  Even with the loss of weight, I still struggled with walking, climbing the 3 stairs into house.  Now I have learned with the Help of (the team) that diet is not my issue, but that my body need consistent proper nutrition especially protein.  Lindsey has  helped me to not just understand why I need to shift from diet to lifestyle change but how my body will improve well making those changes.  I notice my muscles feel stronger, heal better after a strain or pull.  Jon has modified resistance training so I can do it in the pool using the great resources there.  The nurse practitioner I see has given me these resources and strong support as well.  I finally feel that I am on a good path to recovery.
