"New to the Area and Found Supportive Medical Care at WestView PCN"

Long-story short, I haven't had a family doctor since I left my hometown back about 15 years ago. I have since floated around between walk-in clinics and potential family doctors. I moved to Spruce Grove a couple years ago with my new young family, and was looking at healthcare options in the area when my friend suggested I try the WestView PCN as they had great success with it.

Since then, I have used this service and have had the pleasure of dealing with Jessica and Chow on the Virtual Clinic team. Chow is an absolute pleasure to deal with and in my opinion is what every patient should want to deal with- warm, friendly, kind and welcoming. And my first impression of Jessica is that she is attentive, actually takes time to hear you out, and is very fast and efficient at addressing the issue at hand (whether that be referrals, prescriptions, etc.).

My first hand experiences with Jessica and the WestView PCN team was that she was able to:

- Set me up with a sleep test, obtain the results, and help prescribe an APNE machine in an impressive timeline.

- Discover something in my anxiety journey that all my past doctors had shrugged off, where she actually took the time to look into it- and at this point, it may actually be the solution to my issue.

Overall, dealing with this team has been such a breath of fresh air for me when all my past experiences the past decade have felt like nobody actually cares and they were just looking to move on to the next patient as fast as possible.

I appreciate all the help and I fully intend to make the WestView PCN my primary healthcare source for the foreseeable future. They deserve to be recognized!
