Earlier this summer, I reached out to Calgary Foothills Primary Care Network about a program they were offering virtually called Craving Change.  I was directed to Lily who went beyond in helping me.  After working through several things she said she would reach out to me later in the summer, which she did.  Lily signed me up for the program and made sure that everything was in place for the program starting in the fall.
