I had a partial pancreas resection over 10 years ago, and a spleen resection the same time. First, I panicked because I thought it would affect my health but with the ongoing help of my doctor I started to take care of myself, change my diet and exercise more! Still, my glucose levels are risen; I have medication to maintain but a lot of times I feel I need a second opinion. I find very high knowledge and help from the pharmacy. They help me understand some of the medication I have taken and how it is going to help me to manage my health problems in the long run.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the care you have received from one of our primary care pharmacists.

You have been dealing with some significant health issues over the years, which must have been difficult and scary at times. You deserve so much credit for all the steps you have taken, and lifestyle changes you have made to manage your glucose levels. Despite all of these positive things you have done, it is very common for things to change over time and for you to need more medication to manage your glucose levels.

We are so pleased to know that you felt our pharmacist was knowledgeable and was able to help you better understand your medications and take care of yourself. We are also pleased that the care you receive complements the care you receive from your doctor.

I will pass along your feedback to our manager for the pharmacists so that it can be shared with the pharmacist team. Also, if there is anything we can do to improve our services, please feel free to share this information.
