(as the patient),

Met with Erin over the phone for initial contact.

She took my basic needs in finding a new place to move to that is wheelchair/barrier free accessible with underground parking and cat friendly. Looking for assistance with PDD program and moving costs. 

Great first meeting. Scheduled follow up.
