(as a service user),

I moved to the Bashaw area just over a year ago and was referred to their medical clinic. Never, in my life, have I ever received such good care. All the staff are wonderful, caring and friendly. Everyone is super supportive and has a smile on their face. I am never let down by them; they get me an appointment quickly, every time. 

I have been seeing Nurse Haley for my foot care needs and she is exceptional. She really stands out to me. We talk and joke the whole appointment. She is very good at what she does.

I feel very thankful for the whole Bashaw team.

It means a great deal to hear that you've felt supported, that our team greets you with a smile and that you've been able to get timely appointments. Access to care is something our team works hard at and your words are so encouraging.

We are delighted to read your kind comments about Nurse Haley. She takes great pride in her work and getting to know her patients, and she will be thrilled to hear that your appointments are both helpful and full of good conversation and laughter. We will be sure to pass your feedback along to her and to the whole team... its is a wonderful reminder of why we do what we do!
