"PCN Referral for Urgent Symptoms and Testing"

(as the patient),

Recently, I got a referral to a primary care clinic as my doctor was not able to see me. The referral came from my doctor’s office based on the apparent urgency of my symptoms. The referral was handled very quickly as I was able to be seen later that same day. My symptoms resulted in a number of follow up tests to provide more information. I am now awaiting a consultation with my doctor based on the results of the tests.
