About: Calgary Foothills Primary Care Network / Extended Health Team

(as a service user),

The Calgary Foothills primary care network extended health team was very easy to work with and talk to. They provided insights into my thought processes, physical supports and easy exercises to bolster my life and mental health. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of support in their lives.
