"Feeling Dismissed When Trying to Get Help for Depression"

My review on Life Medical Clinic:

I had an appointment booked. I have been dealing with severe depression and physical pain, and I went in to get help with my issues and update my record for blood work and necessary tests.

I feel this one doctor totally dismissed everything I had to say and rejected the list of issues I brought. They made a comment that I had only one other appointment this year, and that if I was feeling so badly, why hadn't I come in before?

I explained that I just started feeling this bad recently — I don't think I need to come in when all is well. I've been coming to this clinic for almost 4 years now. Does it matter how many appointments a person has in a year before they are offered basic medical help?

Then, they seemingly told me that there wasn't time to talk about my issues and asked what they could do for me. 

I felt like a grown person playing stupid shift-the-blame games. It felt less like receiving healthcare and more like being used as a revenue slot. I was furious and upset, and I left in tears.
