"Senior Cancer Patient Trying to Stay Positive With Help From PCN"

I heard about McLeod River Primary care and what they can help with. I have been fighting cancer for three years. I went there and spoke with Marilyn (I think she is a practical nurse). She gave me more information about my cancer in clear language. She also made me aware of the support offered for physical emotional and financial programs.

I passed on this information to a friend of mine (he did not have a doctor). He told me he found out he was apparently diabetic and they helped him follow up. Since then, I talked to others that seemingly needed help getting their toenails done and other physical things they can no longer do themselves.

I am so happy they are there for me. I am over 80 yrs old, trying to stay positive.
