"Endoscopy Doctor and Staff Professional and Friendly"

The endoscopic experience starts with preparation for a colonoscopy and having to endure the CoLyte preparation - necessary however… fun is not a word I’d use to describe it.

The morning of the actual procedure, the staff at the Rockyview Endo Department reception greeted me cheerfully and worked in some welcome and fun tension relieving humour into the professional check-in conversation. The nurses’ thoughtful, cheerful and engaging manners carried on the reception’s warm engagement. The Doc was equally great and explained the procedure as he worked through it and provider a great summary at the end. In all I’m grateful to the staff for putting a personal touch, and a bow, on the experience. - Thanks!!
