"Delivery of a Vaccine Left an Injury"

About: Shoppers Drug Mart-TD Square

(as the patient),

I received my covid and flu shot in late November at the Shoppers Drug Mart in the Core, Calgary. The pharmacist apparently hit my tendon for one of the vaccines and now I have significant pain in my arm almost 2 months later.
