My 11 month old daughter hurt her hand and I was unsure whether an Urgent Care visit was necessary or not but decided to err on the side of caution. I was triaged by a very kind nurse named Alex. Who treated us with compassion and respect and got us in right away. I was waiting with my daughter and she fell asleep on me. Alex happened to walk by and offered to grab me some water, going above and beyond the job duty of an RN. They are a wonderful asset to this team and all patients in Cochrane. We then saw Dr. McGuire who once again provided us with a wonderful patient experience. The unit clerk saw my daughter getting bored and gifted her a toy duck to bring her some joy and entertain her, this was also appreciated.
