Why Responses Matter

The Care Opinion UK team recently hosted a workshop titled 'Showing impact through responding.' Their goal was to change the way we think about responding to stories on Care Opinion. Storytellers value being heard and acknowledged, so responders on Care Opinion should listen intently and truly connect with the storyteller. 

In this blog post, you can explore some of the challenges in responding, as well as learn how to transform a response from good to great.  When we respond with empathy and a genuine commitment to learn, feedback stops being a task and instead becomes an opportunity.
