Please use the Glossary of Terms used in the Guide, which are listed in alphabetical order and mapped against the applicable phase in the Guide. Please do take some time to familiarize yourself a little with these terms, but also keep the Guide close to hand. It can be used again and again over the lifetime of your subscription with the Care Opinion platform.
