My parent - in their late seventy's and has a primary physician in the network & was referred to a geriatric doctor through that physician. They have a lot of medical issues and now facing cognitive decline. I am finding it near impossible to find supports and we left their assessment yesterday totally overwhelmed with a list of to do's from the specialist, some of which require referrals or home care, neither of which they have. I feel their care has been thrown to me to manage while i navigate my own family's needs & a career. I don't see how this network is beneficial.
