I felt comfortable talking about my difficult situation, both past and present. The social worker allowed me to be honest about my circumstances; my level of English didn't matter. I was very grateful for this appointment because Jessica offered me the opportunity to receive government support due to my difficult financial situation as a single parent and head of household, as well as the possibility of receiving support and job training to find suitable employment. I understand that it is a process and doesn't depend on Jessica's decision. However, it's a real possibility.
