My mother in-law saw one of the doctors at the PCN Wellness Centre and had what she says is the most horrible experience she has ever had with a doctor in Canada. She is hesitant to write this review but we feel this should not go unspoken. The doctor was seemingly demeaning and rude to her over some intake forms that got sent to her spam mail, saying that now they don't have time to take her history. At end of the appointment, they supposedly told her that she needed a translator next time she came in. This felt extremely insulting to my mother-in-law as she has improved her English substantially over the years and was never told such thing before. My mother in-law left extremely upset. She says she will never see this doctor again. We feel this was very unethical.
